Alanha Stephenson Account Executive

Alanha joined MBIB in 2015 after a number of years at a small family-run brokerage in her hometown of Wollongong, NSW. She hit the ground running winning the 2015 Master Builders Association of Victoria’s Rookie of the Year award.

After relocating to Victoria, Alanha quickly settled in as an Account Executive in the Victorian SME team. Her skills and expertise were recognised when she was promoted to Senior Account Executive in 2017.

Alanha has her Diploma in Insurance Broking and, with over 10 years of insurance experience, she is very customer focused with strong product knowledge. Alanha continues to exceed both client and colleague expectations and has been awarded the MBAV’s Excellence in Customer Service award several times.

Alanha is affectionately known in the Melbourne office as the resident makeup artist as well as a self-confessed Harry Potter tragic, who adores her two cats and loves a good book.
