To pay your invoice online via credit, enter the DEFT reference number found on the front of your invoice.
Payments via credit card will incur a surcharge that is paid directly to the merchant. This payment is via the DEFT payment system and as such will appear as 'Deft Insurance' on your statement.
We accept the following credit cards:
- Visa 1.5% surcharge
- Mastercard 1.5% surcharge
- Amercian Express 3.3% surcharge
- Diners Club 3.773% surcharge

To pay in person via cash, cheque or EFTPOS simply take your payment and MBAIS remittance slip from the bottom of your invoice to any post office.

Detach the MBAIS remittance slip from the bottom of your invoice and mail with your cheque to:
