Master Builders Insurance Brokers is about to undergo an exciting change as we move to a new broking system!
While we are excited about this transformative project which will bring you an improved client experience at the same time as greater efficiencies for our team, it does mean that we need to shut down our systems for a few days to migrate our data. This shut down will be from 3pm Friday 19 November through to the afternoon of Wednesday 24 November.
During this time our team will have limited ability to process any policy renewals, endorsements, new business or home warranty applications. To assist us in ensuring that there is minimal disruption to your business operations, we ask that all applications, documentation, payments and other outstanding items are sent through to us by C.O.B Tuesday 16 November.
Our team will be undertaking an extensive training program during our shut down period that will see them well prepared for when the new systems go live, so we appreciate your patience if things take a little longer over the next few weeks. We will still be available via phone and email during the shut down period, before it’s back to business as usual on Wednesday 24 November.
