Marc Lyons Risk, Compliance and Operations Manager

Marc joined MBIB in 2021 as the Project and Innovation Manager before moving into the role of Risk, Compliance and Operations Manager in July 2022.

Marc has held various executive and senior management positions with the Master Builders Victoria for over 17 years, and prior to this at Telstra and Crown Casino. Marc holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Management and a number of psychometric and leadership certifications including HBDI, DDI and Myer Briggs. In previous roles, Marc has been responsible for many major projects including the establishment of the Building Leadership Simulation Centre, Master Builders Training Institute, MBV eContracts and virtual office and the Crown Casino floor F& B outlets. A number of these projects won national and international awards. With a focus on people, Marc’s mission is to understand business and client needs, using innovation, strategy and people to create exceptional customer journeys.

Marc is a father of three (including twins), and is a bit of a fitness freak and avid runner.  Marc loves to travel, is a self-appointed king of footy tipping, and lifelong Magpie supporter.
