Lois Woods Job Specific Processing Officer

Lois joined MBIB as a Client Services Officer in 2025.

Originally from the UK, Lois has completed a Bachelors in Criminal Psychology and a Masters in Forensic Psychology, at the University of Derby.

She has a strong background in admin and customer service roles, and is passionate in supporting people and getting the results they need.

Outside of work, Lois loves to read, swim (is very grateful for how accessible the ocean is in Melbourne!), going on long walks and travelling.
